Note from the President Barzani headquarters
ARK News… The official page of the headquarters of President Masoud Barzani, on Saturday, February 27, 2021, stated that he is in compliance with health guidelines, and in order to preserve the safety of the people of Kurdistan, ceremonies for citizens' visits to the shrine of the immortals Mustafa Barzani and Idris Barzani will not be held in the Barzan region.
The note, as followed by ARK News, stated: “With the approaching of the national memoranda of March, we announce to dear citizens that due to the Corona pandemic and adherence to health guidelines and in order to preserve the safety of the beloved people of Kurdistan, this year the ceremony of citizens' visits to the shrine of the immortals is not commemorating.
It added, "With expressing our thanks and appreciation to the dear Kurdish citizens, we wish health and safety for all."
