Mr. Ali Kuda and his accompanying delegation, on Wednesday, congratulated Colonel Dilovan Robari, on the occasion of the assumption of his new position as Commander of the Roj Peshmerga forces.
On Wednesday 10/2/2021, the leadership of Roj Peshmerga forces received at the headquarters, Mr. Ali Kurda, the official of the Rizgari town in the Zakho region, and his accompanying delegation.
Colonel Dilovan Robari assumed his new duties, led by Roj Peshmerga. Mr. Kuda wished Colonel Robari good luck.
