With great sorrow and sadness, I received the news that hurt me, which is the departure of the maternal uncle of your Excellency, the late Sardar Hama Urahman Agha Al-Sulaimani, this Kurdish personality who left a fragrant trace in the arenas of struggle and was known for his kindness and high character among his people in Sulaimaniyah and Kurdistan.
I extend to your Excellency - Mr. President - my warm condolences, wishing to Almighty God that our late deceased will win the paradise, that his pure soul will be immersed in the vast mercy of God, and that God will inspire his Kurdish people with patience and solace over this painful affliction.
