Unprecedented US reinforcements in Syrian Kurdistan

ARK News… The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, on Wednesday, January 27, 2021, reported that the US forces are continuing their recent escalating movements in Syria.

According to its sources, the observatory said: It also brought in military reinforcements of armored vehicles and tanks to its military base yesterday in Derik in Syrian Kurdistan, close to the Syrian-Turkish border.

The observatory added: US forces also conducted a single patrol on the border strip in the region, which are new movements on it, and similar reinforcements were brought to the same base during the past 48 hours. Pointing out: Amid news of the Americans' intention to establish a new base for them in Derik at the Syrian-Turkish-Iraqi border triangle.

The observatory explained that the US forces conducted a single patrol consisting of Bradley armored vehicles and military vehicles, and headed from Kharab al-Jeer airport, south of Rmelan town, towards Derik via the Qamishlo-Derik highway, amid an intense flight of helicopters along with the patrol's path.
