From a legal point of view, it is a clear violation of international conventions mentioned in human rights, and the protection of children under the age of 18.

The Kurdish leader emphasized that the kidnapping of minors is the main reason for dispersing families, and spreading a culture of hatred and violence, as fear and concern for the protection of children by parents force them to displace and migrate, thus emptying Kurdish areas in the cities and towns of Syrian Kurdistan of their residents.
