The late was one of the well-known national figures in Syrian Kurdistan, he fought wholeheartedly, cordially, and with dedication for the issue of the Kurdish people.

He joined, from an early age, in the ranks of the Kurdish movement, and fought in the ranks of the Kurdish Democratic Party in Syria, "al-Party".

Because of his party’s activities, in order to serve the Kurdish people and his Kurdish issue, he was arrested several times by the Syrian regime, and the days of unity between Syria and Egypt. He was arrested in 1960 with the fighter Noraddin Zaza, the founder of the Kurdish Democratic Party in Syria, "al-Party", and was arrested in 1963.

During the uprising of the Kurdish people in 2004, he was also arrested by the Syrian regime, for joining the Kurdish uprising in Syrian Kurdistan.

The late fighter, born in 1941, is from the village of “Mezrê” of Derik city in Syrian Kurdistan.

Many personalities, parties, and cultural activities, and a large crowd of the Kurdish people participated in his funeral in his birthplace, in the village of Zaghat.
