ARK News… The Russian Foreign Ministry published, via Twitter, a picture of "Napoleon retreating from Moscow," in response to a tweet by US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo praising the "hard-line" policy of the Donald Trump administration toward Russia.
The Russian Foreign Ministry attached this painting, which belongs to the paint of the German painter of the 19th century, Adolf Norton, with the words "Well done... You strong men!"
Pompeo had indicated in his tweet that "no administration has been as harsh with Russia as we did. No other words can be said .. Look at the facts."
