Derik... PDK-S commemorates the 22nd anniversary of the departure of the fighter Akram Milkani

ARK News… The Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, on Monday, December 28, 2020, revived the twenty-second anniversary of the death of the fighter Akram Milkani, in the city of Derik in Syrian Kurdistan.

A delegation from the Kurdistan Democratic Party-Syria visited the grave of the fighter Akram Milkani Qahraman’s father in the city of Derik, and a wreath of roses was placed on his shrine, after which Al-Fatiha was read on his tomb.

Ali Ibrahim, one of the deceased's comrades, delivered a memorial speech on this occasion.

Akram Abdullah Milkani joined the ranks of the party in his early youth and rose through the ranks of the party until he won the honor of being a member of the party's Area Council.

Milkani was an example of sacrifice and loyalty, he served his party and his issue with all dedication and his home was a party open headquarters to all party cadres, and he had a distinguished presence in all national and social activities in the region.

Milkani was arrested more than once by the Syrian regime's intelligence branches and was subjected to harassment.

Akram Milkani became seriously ill and died on December 28, 1998, in the city of Derik. With his departure, the party lost its most prominent cadres.
