The so-called Abu Amsha supervises the torture of a Kurdish civilian in Afrin, and the reason!

ARK News: A human rights organization working to document violations in the Kurdish region of Afrin reported on its main page of Facebook, on Tuesday, 22.12.2020, that the so-called Muhammad Jassim Abu Amsha tortured a Kurdish civilian, because of his refusal to pay the royalties imposed on him.

The Human Rights Organization in Afrin said: On Friday, 18/12/2020, the so-called Muhammad al-Jassim, nicknamed Abu Amsha, commander of the so-called militia of Sultan Suleiman Shah al-Amshat, the Free Syrian National Army, affiliated with the Syrian Interim Government and the Syrian National Coalition, imposed a financial royalty of 1500 US dollars on the citizen Abdo Chilo, from the village of Qarmitlq of Shiye town in the Kurdish region of Afrin in Syrian Kurdistan.

The organization added: The Kurdish civilian refused to pay the amount based on the instructions and recommendations of the so-called Restitution of Rights and Grievances Committee, not to grant members and leaders of the so-called Free Syrian National Army any amounts (by threat or demand).

The organization added: But the so-called Muhammad al-Jassim, nicknamed Abu Amsha, hit the decisions and recommendations of the so-called “Restitution of Rights and Grievances” committee against the board and kidnapped the citizen to the security headquarters in the village and supervised himself of brutal beating and torture, and collecting the entire amount by force of arms.

Muhammad al-Jassim Abu Amsha, from Turkmen, Hama Governorate, is the leader of the Amshat faction, who controls the center of Shiye town and some of its villages, and since he took control of the town, the violations against the Kurds and Arabs in it have continued. For example, Ahmed Sheikho, deputy head of the town Local Council, was beaten and tortured in one of his prisons, which led to his death two years ago, 2018, in addition to the rape of one of the wives of the gunman, Israa Khalil, who appeared in a videotape. Although the accusation was confirmed against him, his bribe payment cleared him of the accusation, according to opposition sources.
