The PDK-S commemorates the forty-day of the Branch Council member Masoud Hamdo

ARK News… The Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, PDK-S, on Saturday 12/12/2020, revived the forty-day ceremony of the member of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria Branch Council and the political cadre, Masoud Hamdo in the village of Mustafawiya, in the town of Girke Lake, in rural Derik, in Syrian Kurdistan.

The forty-day ceremony was attended by a member of the PDK-S Politburo, Abdul Karim Muhammad, Saleh Jamil Omar, a member of the Central Committee, Ahmed Sayed Majeed, a member of the PDK-S advisory board, and a number of PDK-S cadres and officials in Girke Lake and Derik.

After standing a minute of silence in honor of the souls of the martyrs of the Kurds and Kurdistan and the spirit of the deceased, Abdul Karim Muhammad delivered the speech of the party, in which he expressed the size of the void that the deceased created for the organization and the social and cultural status of his early and painful departure. He also pledged to continue his struggle path until the legitimate goals of the Kurdish people in Syrian Kurdistan are achieved.

For his part, "Sabah Hamdo," the late brother, delivered a welcome speech with appreciation and thanked the audience for the generous gesture from the party's comrades and officials.

It is worth noting that the late Masoud Hamdo, born in the village of Al-Mustafawiya, 1972, departed in Derik Hospitals due to complications from the Coronavirus, on Friday morning, October 30, 2020.
