Hoshang Simgamoor meets with the Refugee and Mukhtar Welfare Committee in al-Fayida camp

ARK News… The Refugee and Mukhtar Welfare Committee met in Al-Fayida camp (Domiz 2) on Tuesday 08.12. 2020, in the committee’s office, in the presence of Hoshang Simgamoor, a member of the Central Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria and the coordinator between the refugee welfare committees in the camps of Duhok Governorate and the Barzani Charity Foundation.

At the beginning of the meeting, Committee Chairman Kawa Hassan Haji welcomed the guest and explained the reality of the committee in the camp, how its members were elected, its tasks and responsibilities, and the work carried out by the committee in all fields.

Then Hoshang Simgamoor talked about his duties and responsibilities entrusted to him and the need to serve refugees with pride, referring to that to the immortal Barzani saying in this regard when he said ((enough for me with pride and glory that I serve my people)).

Simgamoor also talked about the tasks entrusted to the committee, how to serve refugees, the need to feel responsibility and impartiality in serving the auditors, not to favor personal interest over the public one, and to deal seriously in work, and the need for full coordination between the committee and the administrative and security agencies and humanitarian organizations in the camp.

Then some observations, proposals, and requests were presented by the members of the committee, and they emphasized the need to follow up on them and find appropriate solutions.

For his part, Simgamoor affirmed his readiness to submit these requests, proposals, and observations to the concerned authorities because they serve the refugees in the camps, and serving the refugees is among the priorities of our work and our tasks and our motto is sincerity, humility, humanity, and non-discrimination in dealing.
