Payman Hamdu was kidnapped by the Syrian regime in 2013, and his fate is still unknown

In a special statement to ARK News, Nawaf Hamdu, the father of kidnapped Payman, said that his daughter was kidnapped in front of the university building in Hasaka on 11/12/2013, and from that time until today, they do not know anything about her.
Hamdu added: that his daughter had gone to Hasaka to receive a graduation certificate from the university, and according to the processes, a group of her friends would complete the graduation procedures together, and on the morning of 11/12/2013 she went from her place of residence to the university in Hasaka, and from that time until today we do not know anything about her.
