President Barzani Congratulates Biden on Victory in US Presidential Election
ARK News… Kurdish prominent leader and President of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP), Masoud Barzani, has congratulated Joe Biden on his victory in the US presidential election.
"I express my heartfelt congratulations to you, my friend, President-elect @Joebiden for your victory," Barzani, who also served as President of the Kurdistan Region previously, wrote on Twitter.
"I sincerely hope and pray that the free world under your leadership will witness more peace and prosperity."
Biden set a historic record in the US presidential election after winning more than 73 million votes, defeating Donald Trump who secured around 70 million votes.
