Tatar said in a statement read by (BasNews): “We strongly condemn and denounce the PKK’s attack on the Peshmerga forces and the martyrdom of a member of the Peshmerga and the injury of others.” The villages of the poor and patriotic citizens who paid thousands of martyrs to liberate their villages, but unfortunately, for 30 years they have not enjoyed contentment in their villages because of the policies and practices of PKK.
He stressed that “the presence of the Kurdistan Workers Party and its headquarters in Kurdistan creates permanent problems and major obstacles to the reconstruction of the region and the establishment of security and stability”.
The Kurdish workers, on Wednesday, claimed the detonation of two explosive devices of the Peshmerga forces in the Duhok governorate, leaving a martyr and three wounded.
After the bombing, a PKK force attacked a force to protect an oil well in the north of Duhok Governorate, in the third attack by the PKK on government forces in the region.
