Serious injuries to a displaced woman from Afrin as a result of a mine explosion
ARK News: A Kurdish woman, on Saturday, 03/10/2020, was injured from the displaced of the Kurdish region of Afrin in Tal Rifaat city in Aleppo countryside, as a result of a mine explosion.
As a result of the landmine explosion, Ms. Maya Jamo Gul Khalo, 45, was injured and was transferred to Avrin Hospital for treatment, but her embarrassing health condition and severe injuries led to doctors having to amputate her leg, according to information obtained by ARK News.
The Kurdish woman is from the village of Jalame of Jenderes township. Where the sources confirmed that her health is now stable.
As a result of the Turkish military operation on the Afrin region, hundreds of thousands of indigenous Kurds were displaced towards al-Shahba, Aleppo, and other areas.
