A source reveals important details about the Turkish Gendarmerie rape of two girls

ARK News… Two Syrian girls, “cousins,” were raped during the last hours by the Turkish Gendarmerie, while they were trying to enter Turkish territory through the border strip from the Girê Spi side in the northern countryside of Raqqa.

The correspondent of the "Step News" agency in the region, Omar al-Omar, quoted a source in the military police of the Turkish-backed opposition factions that control the city, saying that the two girls were trying to enter Turkish territory with a group of 30 people, during the night hours.

Our correspondent continued that the Turkish Gendarmerie arrested the group and beat its members, to present a group of its members to rape the two girls, whose fate is still unknown, until this moment.

The reporter continued, quoting the source, that 10 young men who were able to escape from the Gendarmerie and return to Syria confirmed the occurrence of the rape against the two girls, while the signs of being beaten were visible on the young men.

The same source noted that the two girls hail from the city of Hama, and they wanted to cross to Turkey and from there via the sea to Europe in order to reach Germany to meet two young men who were "engaged" to them.

Attempts to absolve the Turkish Gendarmerie of rape

The military police source stated that the pro-Turkish opposition elements, known as the “National Army,” had arrested the smuggle who is responsible for transporting the group to the back of the border wall.

The source Pointed out that the Military Police investigators are currently seeking to find a way to accuse the rape charge of the Syrian smuggler and keep it away from the Turkish soldiers and intimidate the rest of the group that tried to cross the border.

While the Military Police source pointed out that the two girls had received an offer to enter Turkey in exchange for their silence about their being raped, which they have not accepted until now.

It is worth noting that the Turkish forces are constantly seeking to snipe, kill and humiliate the Syrian refugees who try to smuggle through the border strip into Turkish territory, under the pretext of protecting and controlling the borders.
