The dead participated in the elections of the "People's Assembly" ... What is the story?

After the "parliamentary elections" that took place in Syria last week, in which the participation rate was limited to 33% of those entitled to vote, ended with the victory of the ruling Baath Party and its allies, of course, in a scene that is not strange to the Syrians, the familiar also happened.
Independent candidates for the parliamentary elections from Daraa Governorate submitted a petition to the President of the regime, Bashar Al-Assad, in which they objected to the election results due to irregularities, which they said included the participation of the dead, missing and displaced persons in the vote.
The protesters also recorded the violations that took place in the voting in the south of the country, asserting that the pollsters from the heads of the electoral committees and the delegates to the polls had received financial bribes in exchange for falsifying the results and increasing the number of voters based on the relief distribution lists.
