ARK News.. On the behalf of the United States Government, I am to comment of the both sides of the hard work that have done, to which the progress made so far.
The two sides have reached preliminary understanding to use the Duhok agreement in 2014. We are here tonight to celebrate the progress that been made, which is significant of course a develop work I heard that the two sides shown flexibility and intelligence in a way that have done with this, and that they have made the progress with the benefit of the Kurdish community and future.
I believe we can do from this dialogue to close all of the components that live in Syria, and I thank General Mezlum his Kurdish unity initiative that have much this.
I also thank Barzani sovereignty work that His excellency Masoud Barzani and president Nichirvan Barzani for their great support for Kurdish Unity.
