
Regime forces transform civilian buildings into military headquarters west of Raqqa
ARK News.. The Syrian regime forces transferred civilian buildings to their military headquarters in the village of Dibsi Afnan, west of the city of Raqqa, northeastern Syria.
Local sources said that the regime forces are seeking to transform the village into a center for their institutions, and transfer them from Hama Governorate to the village of Dibsi Afnan.
The sources added that the Ministry of Interior has taken a police station in Dibsi Afnan Preparatory School, in addition to converting one of the medical points into an Air Force Intelligence branch, noting that the regime forces are preparing two schools and the Agricultural Building, and a number of other buildings to make them centers of the institutions to be transferred such as the Education Directorate and the Peasants Union.
The sources confirmed that the regime is building a prison for those arrested in one of the poultry farms in the village, as it uses large concrete blocks, barbed wire, and the lifting of watchtowers.
