ARK News.. The Syrian Network for Human Rights said that the Assad regime “fails to run the Syrian state” and creates rallies in front of banks and bread distribution points and the sale of consumer goods, in light of the outbreak of the Covid-19 epidemic, and “he must resign and leave”.

In a lengthy report on the most prominent human rights violations in Syria last March, the network added that detention centers under the control of the regime forces suffer from an almost complete absence of health care, in addition to the overcrowding of detainees.

The report emphasized that the regime "does not care about the fate and life of the detainees, and did not initiate the arbitrary release of tens of thousands of detainees as a result of their participation in political change." It demanded the disclosure of the fate of (82) thousand Syrians, who were arrested by the security services and hid their fate so far.

The report indicated that the regime forces continued to pursue and arrest persons who had compromised their security conditions, especially in rural Damascus, especially in the rural areas of Aleppo and Idlib.

The network called on the UN Security Council to refer the Syrian file to the International Criminal Court, and to "hold all those involved, including the Russian regime, accountable, after it was proven involved in committing war crimes in Syria." The pursuit of justice and accountability, and the use of the principle of universal jurisdiction.
