America begins building a military base in the center of Hasaka

ARK News: The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights revealed that the American forces are building a new military base for them in the center of Hasaka, in Syrian Kurdistan.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said: The American forces started building a military base for them near the sports city in Ghueran neighborhood, in Hasaka.
The observatory added that the American forces brought the work machines to the site of the military base and started construction.
The Syrian Observatory indicated that this base will house American soldiers, as most of its bases are outside cities.
