ARK News: The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, Filippo Grandi, called on the international community to "find a political solution instead of conflict" in Syria and Libya, stressing that UNHCR is facing great difficulty in delivering humanitarian aid to civilians in the Idlib governorate of Syria and Libya.

On the sidelines of his participation in the World Economic Forum summit that ended on Sunday, "Anadolu" news agency quoted Grande from the Swiss town of Davos, saying: "We are very concerned about the humanitarian situation and the displacement of civilians from their places, in Idlib."

He added: "Our position is clear .. a political solution and a peaceful path must be found in the last conflict zone in Syria," so that the displaced people can return to their homes, and pointed out that "we are trying to provide humanitarian assistance to the region through our partners and other means. We have difficulty in reaching the area and should to find a solution to this. "

He stressed that there must be a way out to end the conflict in Syria and said: "The humanitarian situation cannot be settled without a political solution through dialogue between countries combined."
