ARK News: For the fourth time in less than 10 days, American forces blocked the advance of Russian soldiers towards the international road (M4), which links Manbij and Qamishlo in Syrian Kurdistan.
Local sources reported that an American patrol containing 10 armored vehicles arrived Saturday at the center of the town of Tal Tamr, west of the city of Hasaka, where it intercepted the path of Russian forces while they were heading towards the international road (M4).
Two American helicopters also forced a Russian helicopter to land, which it had taken off from the Russian base in Tal Tamr.
The Russian forces returned to the base as a result of intercepting their path.
