(Born 1981, Palestinian) in committing the crime.

after a careful monitoring and follow-up, the Division's patrols, on 18.1.2020, managed to arrest the suspect in Tripoli, and he was seized with possession of drugs and a knife (six rounds).

By interrogating him, he confessed to a relationship that linked him to the wife of the deceased, and after confronting him with evidence proving his presence at the location of the deceased's house on the night of the crime, he confessed that he was the murderer, at the instigation and assistance of the wife who asked him to get rid of her husband, as he was beating and mistreating her, and that she made it easier for him to enter the house at night, and he hit the husband - during his sleep - with a stone on his head until he died. The wife of the deceased also returned and confessed what was attributed to her, after facing the evidence and the confessions of her lover.

The detainees were arrested together with the seizures, the reference in question, based on the reference of the competent court.
