ARK News: Hussein Muhammad Karmi, a member of the Local Committee in the Qushtapa camp of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria (PDK-S), died on Monday, January 13, 2020, after a bitter struggle with cancer, at the Rizgari Hospital, Erbil.

Karmi's body was transferred from Rizgari Hospital to Qushtapa refugee camp for the Syrian Kurds in Erbil countryside, where he lives with his family there, for the funeral of his body and his farewell by his comrades and relatives, his body was transferred to Amouda, his hometown of Syrian Kurdistan, where he was buried there.

Fighter Hussein Muhammad Karmi, born in 1961, a descendant of a well-known Kurdish family, a fighter in the city of Amouda and Syrian Kurdistan in general, since his youth, he joined the ranks of the party, and after his asylum to the Kurdistan Region and his settlement in Qushtapa camp, he continued his struggle within the ranks of the Qushtapa camp for the Kurdistan Democratic Party -Syria.

The late Hussein Muhammad "Karmi" is married and has three young children, all of whom are fighters of the Roj Peshmerga ranks .
