Hadi al-Bahra: Kurds suffered great suffering, and the Kurdish problem must be solved at its roots
ARK News: The head of the opposition delegation in the Syrian Constitutional Committee, Hadi al-Bahra, said that the Kurds in Syria suffered great suffering and the problem must be solved at its roots.
At a press conference on Friday, shortly after the meetings of the first session of the Constitutional Committee, al-Bahra said that "The Syrian people are a diverse people, but within this people there are components that must not be neglected," he added saying: "Our Kurdish brothers have gone through a period of great suffering and we must address the roots of this problem, and we cannot force the Kurds to become Arab."
The meetings of the first session began on Monday, November 4 of the Mini-Committee of the Constitutional Committee, which consists of 45 members (the regime, the opposition, and civil society), and yesterday the meetings of the first session of the Committee ended, and that the second session of the meetings will begin on the 25th of this month.
