Final Statement of the talks of Astana 10

ARK News: The community parties at the talks of Astana 10 that held in the Russian city of Sochi ended with agreement on several points, including the continuation of the agreement to ease the escalation in the province of Idlib and work on a mechanism to deal with the file of detainees.
According to the final statement issued by the guarantor States at the conclusion of the conference, that "this welcome to the agreement took place after the fourth meeting of the Working Group on detainees."
“The Guarantors also discussed the current situation on the ground, and have evaluated recent developments, and agreed to continue the tripartite coordination in the light of their agreements, according to the statement. "
And stressed on "stand against separatist agendas aimed at undermining the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Syria, as well as the national security of neighboring countries."
The Guarantor States also expressed their "satisfaction at holding useful consultations with the Special Envoy of the Secretary-General of the United Nations to Syria Staffan de Mistura and agreed with him to hold the next round of consultations, in Geneva next September. "
On the other hand, the Guarantor Parties stressed the need to "encourage efforts to assist all Syrians in restoring normal and peaceful life, the discussions began in coordination with the international community and specialized international agencies to create conditions for the safe and voluntary return of internally displaced persons and refugees to their places of origin in Syria in cooperation with the UNHCR.
"The Guarantor States will continue their joint efforts to build trust between the conflicting parties in Syria, including within the Working Group on the Release of Detainees and Kidnappers and the delivery of Bodies, as well as the Identification of Missing Persons, with the participation of United Nations and International Committee of the Red Cross, "the final statement noted.
The statement concluded that the Guarantor States decided to hold the next meeting in November.
