Did Russia deceive "SDF" .. ???
ARK News: Abdullah Asaad al-Shilash, Abu Safouk, a member of the clans and tribes council in Manbij, and the sheikh of the Bani Saeed tribe made clear that the recent agreement between Russia and Turkey will ensure that the so-called “Syrian National Army” takes control of several important cities and towns north and east of Aleppo province.
Shilash said on Friday, October 25 2019 in a statement to "Nedaa Syria” site, that two officers from the advisory office of the Turkish presidency met last Wednesday in al-Bab, telling tribal representatives that Turkey's agreement with Russia provides for the withdrawal of SDF from Manbij, east of Aleppo, after the 150-hour deadline.
"The Turkish and the so-called Syrian national armies will enter the city after that, either in the event of the implementation of the agreement or through a military operation if Russia fails to fulfill its commitments," Shilash said.
"The Turkish army and the so-called Syrian National Army will not only enter Manbij but also Tal Rif’at, Minagh, Al Arima and Kobani as well," he said, explaining that if entering Manbij peacefully, Russia will be allowed to conduct joint patrols with Turkey within the city every week without allowing Russian soldiers to disembark from the vehicles.
The sheikh of clans added that" if the Turkish and the so-called Syrian national army enter the city through a military operation and Russia does not succeed in withdrawing of SDF, the Russians will not be allowed to enter the city in any way, and the SDF will be left alone to confront the Turkish and the so-called Syrian national armies."
He pointed out that "the reason of not to clarify the text of the agreement by Turkey was a Russian request, so as not to provoke the Unit Protection militants and thus obstruct their withdrawal peacefully," he said.
If what the sheik of clans said in his speech was true, this means that the Russian Ministry of Defense deceived "SDF" and showing a different agreement to the real which was reached with Turkey.
