ARK News: President Masoud Barzani sends a letter of thanks to French President Emmanuel Macron and the French people.

Barzani thanked the French for their humanitarian attitude towards Syrian Kurdish child Mohammed, who was transferred to France on Tuesday for treatment.

"President Macron ... Thank you and thank you for the French people," Barzani posted on his Twitter account on Tuesday.
