President Barzani sends a message to Russia regarding the situation in Syrian Kurdistan
ARK News: Kurdistan Regional Parliament Vice President Heman Hawrami, today, Monday, October 21, 2019, said on his official Facebook page that we visited the Russian consulate in Erbil the capital of the Kurdistan Region.
Hawrami added: "We delivered President Barzani 's letter on the situation in Syrian Kurdistan to Russian officials," Hawrami did not disclose the contents of the message to the media.
