ARK News: Recalling that Syria is a multi-ethnic and multicultural country, the Syrian President's adviser said it was out of the question to provide for Kurdish autonomy in the country.

"There is no foundation. We can never speak in this style, Syria is composed of several ethnic and religious layers and we never say that someone is Kurdish or someone belongs to such religion. (…) For us, most Kurds are a valuable part of our society, however, some Kurds have adopted a political position contrary to the interests of the country, "she said.

And to add that the dialogue with the Kurds had never been interrupted.
According to her, the final details of cooperation with the Kurds will be discussed later.

The autonomous administration of northeastern Syria announced on October 13 that it had reached an agreement with Damascus whereby the Syrian army would take up positions in the territories along the border with Turkey to repel "Turkish aggression". ". Government troops have already taken over several settlements in the Raqqa governorate and in northern Aleppo.
