ARK News: A 15-year-old child was martyred and his sister was injured on Thursday, October 10, by Turkish shelling in the city center of Qamishlo in Syrian Kurdistan.
The local sources from Qamishlo city said: The child Mohammed Youssef Hussein was martyred due to Turkish shelling on Qaddour Bag in the city center of Qamishlo while injuring his eight-year-old sister Sarah.
The sources added: The girl Sarah amputated her right leg as a result of shelling, and the process has been conducted in one of the city's hospitals.
Turkey, supported by armed factions, began its military operation on the areas of Syrian Kurdistan, on October 9, 2019, and as a result of the operation, tens of thousands of families were displaced to other areas. According to the United Nations: 70 thousand families have been displaced from Gre Spi, and the number of families is likely to reach 300 thousand from war zones.
