A Turkish university opens its colleges in Afrin and other cities

ARK News: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Friday, October 4, 2019, issued a decree to open Gaziantep University, three colleges of it in Afrin Syrian Kurdistan, and other cities in the northern and eastern Aleppo countryside.

Under the decree which was published in the official gazette of the opening of the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences in the city of Al-Bab, the Faculty of Islamic Sciences in the city of Izaz, and the Faculty of Education in Afrin, all of which belong to the University of Gaziantep. The decree also included opening, closing and changing the names of colleges belonging to 19 Turkish universities.
