ARK News: Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Friday that the Kurdish issue in Syria must be resolved within the framework of the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the country.
"The Kurdish issue must be dealt with within the framework of the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Syrian Arab Republic," Lavrov said at a news conference after addressing the UN General Assembly. We think this should be negotiable, but ... with the participation of the Syrian leadership."
