Taher Hassaf: The ENK-S participates in the Constitutional Committee and the representation of the Kurds is not related to the number

ARK News: A member of the General Secretariat of the Kurdish National Council in Syria, Taher Hassaf said that the Kurdish National Council in Syria participates in the Syrian Constitutional Committee, and the Kurdish representation is not related to the number of members who are represented in the committee.

Hassaf in a special statement to ARK News added that those who deny the presence of Kurds in the Constitutional Committee could not reach the Constitutional Committee despite all his attempts and that the representation of Kurds in the constitutional committee is not related to the number of members, but the extent of the fixing the rights of the Kurds in the Syrian Constitution.

The Kurdish National Council in Syria participates in the Constitution Committee through the National Coalition of Syrian Revolutionary and Opposition Forces and also by representing the Council in the Syrian Negotiating Body, the Kurds also participate in the Constitutional Committee through the Syrian civil society group.
