For the fifth time in less than a month, Aldar Khalil calls on the National Council to open its offices and join the PYD administration

ARK News: In less than a month, the leader of the Democratic Society Movement (TEV-DEM) the Democratic Union Party the PYD, Aldar Khalil, directed to the Kurdish National Council in Syria to reopen its closed offices and return to its activities, vowing not to put any obstacles in front of the work of the Council.

During his calls, Khalil called on the National Council to return the leaders of the Kurdish National Council parties in Syria residing abroad, join the PYD administration, participate in the protection of the region, open the council's offices and to carry out its activities without any objection from the PYD administration, and the last call of Aldar Khalil on Monday 23 September in a meeting in the city of Tirbaspiye in Syrian Kurdistan, saying "the Kurdish National Council to benefit from the experience of Afrin," and that the door of the management of PYD is open to the Council to the return and the work.

For its part, Asayish of the PYD lied calls of Khalil to not to be subjected to the activities of the Council, where Asayish of the PYD on Sunday evening, on 15/9/2019, carried out and prevented the holding of a cultural seminar which was prepared by the local council of the Corniche neighborhood in Qamishlo of the Kurdish National Council in Syria, and arrested Mr. Qadri Jan, the head of the local council for several hours.

The Kurdish National Council in Syria demands to the establishment of a climate of dialogue before any dialogue with the PYD, especially within the framework of the French initiative, and the Council demands as a basic step to release of political detainees from the PYD prisons, but the PYD denies the existence of any political prisoner in its prisons.
