Qushtapa organization of PDK-S organizes a celebration on the occasion of the historic referendum day
ARK News: On the occasion of the second anniversary of the historic referendum day, Qushtapa Organization of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria (PDK-S) will hold a celebration on Wednesday 25 September 2019 in Qushtapa Syrian Kurdish Refugee Camp in Erbil countryside, the capital of Kurdistan Region.
The celebration begins at 4 pm with the raising of the Kurdish flag 100 meters from the front of the Barzani Charity Foundation to Nawroz Square in the camp.
The citizens of the Kurdistan Region, on 25-9-2017, went to the polling stations to vote on the independence of the region from Iraq, and the proportion of those who voted with (Yes) was 92.73%.
