A private source revealed to ARK News "as people start storing diesel oil in anticipation of winter and ward off the cold, and that the PYD raises the price of diesel oil to the people, which caused resentment among the people, where the price of a barrel reached to (16) thousand SP on Wednesday (18/9/2019).”
According to the source, the high price per barrel is a burden on the people, especially the class people, which is considered low-income, so that not all people can store the necessary fuel oil for the winter.
