PYD Asayish is lying Aldar Khalil and forbids Kurdish National Council activity in Qamishlo

ARK News: Two days after the PYD leader of TEV-DEM called on the Kurdish National Council in Syria to reopen its offices and hold its activities without objection from anyone, the PYD Asayish prevented the Kurdish National Council in Syria from holding its activity in the city of Qamishlo city in Syrian Kurdistan.
Where, the PYD Asayish on Sunday evening on 15/9/2019 prevented of holding a cultural seminar which was prepared by the Local Council of the Corniche neighborhood in Qamishlo of the Kurdish National Council in Syria and arrested Mr. Qadri Jan, the head of the Local Council for several hours.
