ARK News: The families of French women and children who are detaining in camps in Syria have filed complaints against French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Lauderian on the grounds of “neglecting relief” by refusing to send them back to France.

According to the France-Press Agency, attorneys Marie-Dousse, Henri Leclerc and Gerard Choulakia, filed complaints in July and September to the Court of Justice of the Republic, "the only Judicial Body authorized to try ministers in the exercise of their functions."

The families accuse the French foreign minister of "voluntarily and deliberately" repatriating French extremist women and children held in Syria’s Democratic Forces (QSD) camps in Syria and "at-risk" to their country.
