The fifth anniversary of the martyrdom of five of Roj Peshmerga
ARK News: Today, September 16, 2019, is the fifth anniversary of the martyrdom of five of Roj Peshmerga in the battles against the Islamic State terrorist organization in the Kurdistan region.
Five of the Roj Peshmerga were martyred of officers and fighters against ISIS terrorists in the Hasan Sham area of Sefdinan village on 16/9/2014.
The five martyrs are:
The martyr: Ra,id Bashir Ahmad Youssef Hoger from Turkey Kurdistan
The martyr: First Lieutenant Jomard Fazih Misho from Derik – Syrian Kurdistan
The martyr: Mustafa Jurjis Saeed from Turkey Kurdistan
The martyr: Dalil Ahmed Ali Mohammed from the Tirbaspiye of Syrian Kurdistan
The martyr: Suleiman Hamza Haji from Tirbasipiye Syrian Kurdistan
The border areas in the Kurdistan region in 2014 witnessed a fierce war between the Peshmerga forces and ISIS terrorists in which many ISIS militias were killed and a number of Peshmerga forces, including the Roj Peshmerga, were martyred.
