Turkey confirms its readiness to establish a safe zone on its own in Syrian Kurdistan

ARK News: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has renewed his threat to European countries to open borders to Syrian refugees to Europe unless aid and support are provided to the safe area.

The threat came in an interview with Reuters, noting that Western aid provided was inadequate, adding that Turkey had spent $ 40 billion on Syrian refugees.

Erdogan said he would host a four-way summit in October which includes France, Germany, and Russia to discuss the conflict in Idlib and the refugee issue. He also stressed that Trump should be aware of Turkey's concerns about the threat on its borders, stressing his country's readiness to move alone to establish a "safe area" in Syria.
