PKK calls for the start of negotiations between PYD and the Syrian regime
ARK News: The co-chair of the so-called "Presidential Council in the Kurdistan Community System" called Basi Hozat to start negotiations between the PYD administration and the Syrian regime.
Hozat in an interview on “Sterk” TV also said that "Damascus administration seeks to weaken the self-administration of the (PYD administration) and hand it over to Damascus. ..... The northern and eastern areas of Syria are Syrian territory and within the Syrian border ... The endeavors of self-management of the (PYD) in northern and eastern Syria are positive, and both sides should discuss their issues and resolve them through negotiations”.
It is worth mentioning that the various parties accuse the PYD of receiving the Syrian Kurdistan areas from the Syrian regime in the summer of 2012, then it began the implementation of the agendas of the Syrian regime in those areas, and this contributed to the receipt and delivery between the PYD and the Syrian regime to strengthen the regime in fronts against the opposition armed forces, particularly in Aleppo fronts
