ARK News: A Human Rights Organization working to document violations in the Kurdish region of Afrin reported on its main page of Facebook yesterday that Turkish forces conducted a campaign of a search and raid on 27/08/2019, of houses of Kurdish civilians, accompanied by police dogs and armed elements belonging to the Sultan Othman faction and kidnapped a number of Kurdish citizens from the Kurdish region of Afrin for allegedly dealing with the former PYD administration.

The Human Rights Organization in Afrin said that the Turkish army conducted a search and raid on 27/8/2019 houses in the village of Qastal Khidiriya of Bulbul town accompanied by police dogs and armed militias of Sultan Othman faction Led by Ammar Biyanouni and the Mukhtar of the village Hanif Hisso nicknamed Abu Luqman, abducted of a number of Kurdish citizens under the pretext of dealing and subjected to compulsory service in the former self-administration their names are:
1 - Abdul Rahman Ramadan Bakir 60 years.
2 -Samir Bakir 30 years.
3 -Izzat Hisso 65 years.
4 -Basil Hisso 25 years.
5 - Walid Mohammed Rashid 25 years.

The Organization added that this is the second and third time some of them have been kidnapped, especially Samir Bakir, who was held last year for nearly two months in Al-Ra’i detention and has a release paper after being investigated by the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Corps.
