Afrin ... abduction of a Kurdish citizen by the free police
ARK News: A Human Rights Organization working to document violations in the Kurdish region of Afrin reported on its main page of Facebook today that free police arrested on Sunday, a Kurdish citizen from the Kurdish region of Afrin for allegedly dealing with the former PYD administration.
The Human Rights Organization in Afrin said that the so-called Free Police on Sunday at noon on 25/08/2019, kidnapped of the Kurdish citizen Jiwan Mohammed from Midanky village of Shara town, while he was in the school of Shara and attending the teacher training course, under the pretext of dealing with the former self-administration and at the same time a joint patrol was sent from the civilian police and the Turkish forces to his house which it was fully inspected.
The organization added that the citizen Joan had previously surrendered himself to the competent authorities to settle his legal status and he was released after his detention and fined him on a financial guarantee of 100,000 Syrian pounds, and his case will be decided by the police next week.
