Afrin .. Abductions against Kurdish civilians continue
ARK News: Abductions of Kurdish civilians in the Kurdish region of Afrin by armed factions continue with pretexts predominantly dealing with the former PYD administration.
Local sources from Afrin said on Sunday 25 August 2019 that armed factions kidnapped the civilian Hanan Amin Ibo from Ashrafiya neighborhood in the city center of Afrin without identifying the charges against him except that he was kidnapped for the second time.
For his part, another source said that militias of al-Amshat kidnapped Adham Anwar Khalil, who hails from the village of Ma’mala of Rajo town and a resident in the village of Chaqala of Shiye town and took him to an unknown destination.
Since the control of Turkey and the armed factions on Afrin, violations against the Kurds continue, like killing, abusing and then seize houses, and violations and abuses have become a daily phenomenon that is practiced against the Kurds.
