How many Syrian engineers have left the country and been dismissed?

ARK News: A report by the Syndicate of Syrian Engineers revealed the number of Syrian engineers who left the country and were dismissed because of their positions on the Syrian regime.
According to the head of the Syrian Engineers Association, Ghiath al-Qutaini, the statistics were as follows:
- The number of engineers in Syria is 143.000 without retirees
- The number of retired engineers is 17.000 thousand
- About 100 engineers were dismissed because of their positions on the Syrian regime
- The percentage of engineers who left the country exceeded 10% or about 15.000 engineers
