In a statement to the PYD website, the representative of the Syrian Democratic Council in Washington, Sinam Mohammed, stressed that the safe zone agreement will have positive repercussions on the Afrin file and liberate it by political means within the framework of the comprehensive Syrian solution.
Recently, PYD and QSD leaders support the safe zone and agree to a depth of five kilometers, the QSD Commander-in-Chief has announced that they are demanding a safe area from the Tigris to the Euphrates and not accepting a safe area between Sari Kaniye and Kobani only.
