The factions in Afrin and the PYD are terminating preachers of Kurdish mosques
ARK News: In conjunction with the armed factions in Afrin of terminating number of Kurdish mullahs and preachers, and the appointment of preachers affiliated with them, the Democratic Union Party in the areas of Syrian Kurdistan under its control, the PYD also dismissed a number of imams from mosques on charges of not attending events and ceremonies organized by the PYD.
The Human Rights Organization in Afrin said on 3rd of this month that the armed factions in Afrin dismissed a number of preachers of the Kurdish mosques in each of Jenderes, Baflore village, Kora village, Kafar Safra village, Jalame village, Hajilar village, Rif’atye village, Bulbul and Midani and other villages affiliated to Afrin city and the appointment of mosques preachers affiliated to them.
On the 6th of this month, the PYD Awqaf dismissed a number of the best of Qamishlo preachers from the work and prevented them from elocution, and according to copies of the resolution issued by the so-called "Conference of Islamic Democratic Society" belonging to the PYD administration, which obtained by ARK from a special source from Qamishlo dated on 6-8-2019 and bearing the number (resolution 13) that replacements have been appointed loyal to the "PYD", and the mosques covered in the dismiss are:
Mullah Agid - a preacher of Ibrahim Khalil mosque - Yasser Ibrahim - a preacher of Abu Zhar al-Ghafari mosque - Ibrahim Mulla Mohammed - a preacher of Salman al-Farisi mosque - Mulla Mohammed Khair - a preacher of the mosque Qasimo, and Mullah Hussein Abdul Wahab preacher al-Fateh mosque.
