ARK News: A few days ago, Democratic Union Party the (PYD) began to remove its flags, slogans, and pictures from the streets and squares of Qamishlo city in Syrian Kurdistan
Local sources confirmed to ARK Media Foundation that the PYD began a few days ago to remove flags and slogans and pictures of martyrs from the streets and squares of Qamishlo city without knowing the reason behind the incident.
This comes in conjunction with a visit by a delegation of the PYD to Damascus for demanding the Syrian regime to protect the border from the threats of Turkey in a context of the establishment of the safe area that is being talked about.
This party puts in addition to its flags and pictures, it also places pictures and logos of PKK on the streets and squares of the cities of Syrian Kurdistan, especially at cities entrances.
